Notice is hereby given that a summary hearing on the petition for issuance of notarial commission of ATTY. ELY F. AZARRAGA, JR. shall be held on the 17th day of February 2025 at eight-thirty o’clock in the morning at the session hall of this Court. Any person who has any cause or reason to object to the grant of the petition may file a verified written opposition with the undersigned before the date of the summary hearing.
Let this Notice of Hearing be published at petitioner’s expense before the date of hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz, and be posted in conspicuous places in the Offi ce of the Executive Judge and Office of the Clerk of Court.
