Notice is hereby given that a summary hearing on the petition for re- appointment as notary public of RODRIGUEZ D. DADIVAS shall be held on August 3, 2022 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning at the session hall of this court. Any person who has any cause or reason to object to the grant of the petition may file a verified written opposition thereto, received by the undersigned before the date of the summary hearing.
Let this order be published at petitioner’s expense before the date of hearing, in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz, and be posted in a conspicuous place in the Office of the Executive Judge and of the Clerk of Court.
