In compliance with section 5 R.A. Act 9048, a notice is hereby served to the public that Genoveva G. Inocencio has fi led with this offi ce a petition for correction of date of birth from “May 13, 1963″ to ” July 13, 1963″ in the birth certifi cate of Morita Caro Gardose who was born on July 13, 1963at Tapaz, Capiz and whose parent are Ramon Gardose and Leonila Caro. Any person adversely aff ected by the said petition may fi le his/her written opposition with this offi ce not later than 14 days from the date of
this notice.
