In compliance with section 5 R.A. Act 9048, a notice is hereby served to the public that Elvira F. Garbosa has filed with this offi ce a petition for correction of date of birth from “24 March 1967” to “24 November
1967″ in the birth certifi cate of Emily Endico Flagne who was born on 24 November 1967 at Tapaz, Capiz and whose parent are Alfredo G. Flagne and Martina F. Endico. Any person adversely aff ected by the said petition may file his/her written opposition with this offi ce not later than 14 days from the date of this notice.
