NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION
In compliance with the publication requirement and pursuant to
OCRG Memorandum Circular No.2013-1 Guidelines in implementation
of the Administrative Order No. Series of 2012 (IRR on R.A. 10172).
Notice is hereby served to the public that NONIE F. EGLESIA has filed
with this office, a petition for correction of entry in sex from “FEMALE”
to “MALE” in the certifi cate of live birth of NONIE F. EGLESIA who was
born on 28 October 1996 at Tapaz, Capiz and whose parent are Alejandro
G. Eglesia and Anesia F. Focbit.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her written
opposition with this offi ce not later than 14 from the date of this notice.
