NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION
In compliance with the publication requirement and pursuant to
OCRG Memorandum Circular No.2013-1 Guidelines in implementation of
the Administrative Order No. Series of 2012 (IRR on R.A. 10172). Notice
is hereby served to the public that JENNY G. GARDOSE has filed with
this office, a petition for correction of entry in sex from “FEMALE” to
“MALE” in the certificate of live birth of JENNY G. GARDOSE who was
born on March 28, 1988 at Tapaz, Capiz and whose parent are Generoso F.
Gardose and Virgina G. Gardose.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her
written opposition with this office not later than 14 days from the date of
this notice.
