In compliance with section 5 R.A. Act 9048, a notice is hereby served
to the public that Roche G. Germo has fi led with this office a petition for
correction of change of first name from “Ma. Roche” to “Roche” in the
birth certificate of Roche Gascon Gasis who was born on December 26,
1975 at Tapaz, Capiz and whose parents are Rafael G. Gasis and Candida
G. Gascon.
Any person adversely affected by the said petition may file his/her
written opposition with this office not later than 14 days from the date of
this notice.
