NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION
In compliance with Section 5 R.A. Act 9048, a notice is hereby
served to the public that AMALIA O. VILLARIN has filed with this
Office a petition for change of child’s first name from “MARIA LUCHIE”
to “AMALIA” in the birth certificate of MARIA LUCHIE CONDADO
OMBID who was born on OCTOBER 18, 1960 at BO. DUYOC, CAPIZ,
PHILIPPINES and whose parents are CESAR BARONA OMBID and
JULIETA CONDADO.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her
written opposition with this office not later than fourteen (14) days from
the date of this notice.
