NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION
In compliance with section 5 R.A. Act 9048, a notice is hereby served
to the public that Mara H. Reblora has filed with this office a petition for
correction of date of birth from “February 1, 1958” to “January 20, 1958”
and correction of change of first name from “Marha” to “Mara” in the birth
certificate of Mara Allaga Hupanda who was born on January 20, 1958
at Tapaz, Capiz and whose parent are Carlos Hupanda and Purificacion
Allaga.
Any person adversely affected by the said petition may file his
written opposition with this office not later than 14 days from the date of
this notice.
