In compliance with Section 5 R.A. Act No. 9048, a notice is hereby served to the public that ERNA A. HENORGA has filed with this Office a petition for change of child’s first name from “MA. ERNA” to “ERNA”
in the birth certificate of MA. ERNA BUIZON AGURO who was born on July 23, 1968 at BITA, DAO, CAPIZ, PHILIPPINES and whose parentsare GENARO AGURO and LEONCIA BUIZON. Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her written opposition with this Office not later than fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
