NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION
In compliance with section 5 R.A. Act No. 9048, a notice is hereby
served to the public that ROSEMARIE D. ALEJAGA has fi led with this
office a petition for change of first name from “ANABELA” to “CECILIA”
in the birth certificate of ANABELA ARQUELLES DECENA who was
born on Aug. 15, 1962 at Panay, Capiz and whose parents are Federico
Pada Decena and Avelina Agoja Arquelles.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his written
opposition with this Office not later than (14) from the date of this notice.
