NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION
In compliance with the publication requirement and pursuant to OCRG
Memorandum Circular No. 2013-1 Guidelines in the implementation of
the Administrative Order No. Series of 2012 (IRR on R.A. 10172). Notice
is hereby served to the public that BRENDA A. JAVIER has fi led with this
office, a petition for correction of entry in sex from “MALE” to “FEMALE”
in the certificate of live birth of BRENDA BACO ANOTADO who was
born on July 23, 1962 at Tapaz, Capiz and whose parent are EMELIANO
B. ANOTADO and GUILLERMINA J. BACO.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her
written opposition with this office not later than 14 days from the date of
this notice.
