NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION
In compliance with section 5 R.A. Act 9048, a notice is hereby served
to the public that MARIA TERESA C. OCAMPO has filed with this office
a petition for correction of change of first name from “MA. TERESA” to
“MARIA TERESA” in the birth certificate of MARIA TERESA MOLINA
CASAMORIN who was born on December 23, 1958 at Tapaz, Capiz and
whose parents are PORFERIO CASAMORIN and ROSARIO MOLINA.
Any person adversely afected by said petition may file his/her
written opposition with this office not later than 14 days from the date of
this notice.
