NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION
In compliance with section 5 R.A. Act 9048, a notice is hereby
served to the public that ISOLDE G. PALACIOS has filed with this office
a petition for correction of date of birth from “FEBRUARY 12, 1962”
to “FEBRUARY 22, 1962” in the birth certificate of ISOLDE GIMENO
PALACIOS who was born on FEBRUARY 22, 1962 at Tapaz, Capiz and
whose parents are SERAFIN G. PALACIOS and LOURDES GIMENO.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her
written opposition with this office not later than 14 days from the date of
this notice.
