In compliance with section 5 R.A. Act 9048, a notice is hereby served
to the public that ROLANDO ONASCO BALBOA has fi led with this
offi ce a petition for change of fi rst name from “ROLLY” to “ROLANDO”
in the certifi cate of birth of ROLLY ONASCO BALBOA who was born
May 1, 1968 at Ivisan, Capiz and whose parents are JUAN BALBOA and
LOLITA ONASCO..
Any person adversely aff ected by said petition may fi le his/her written
petition with this Offi ce not later than (14) days after the last publication
of this notice.
