In compliance with section 5 R.A. Act 9048, a notice is hereby served
to the public that ROSEMARIE ANDRADA MAHINAY, has filed with
this office for petition for change of First Name from “MA. ROSEMARIE”
to “ROSEMARIE” in the certificate of birth of MA. ROSEMARIE
BARRIOS ANDRADA who was born on September 19, 1969 at Ivisan,
Capiz and whose parents are FORTUNATO OLAPA ANDRADA and
GERTRUDES OLITHAO BARRIOS.
Any person adversely affected by said petition with office may file
his/her written opposition with this office not later than (14) days after the
last publication of this office.
