In compliance with Section 5 R.A. Act 9048, a notice is hereby
served to the public NEMA AME BACARRO, has filed with this Office
for petition for Change of First Name from “EDNA” to “ NEMA” in the
Birth Certificate of EDNA AME BACARRO who was born on May 1,
1968 at Ivisan, Capiz and whose parents are ALEX OROLA BACARRO
and TERESITA BARANDA AME.
Any person adversely affected by said petition with this office may
file his/her written opposition with this office not later than fourteen (14)
days after the last publication of this office.
