In compliance with publication requirement and pursuant to OCRG
Memorandum Circular No. 2013, Guideline in the Implementation of the
Administrative Order No. 1, Series of 2012 (IRR on R.A.10172). Notice
is hereby served to the public JOVIT TUMLOS SEQUIO has filed with
this Office a petition for Correction of Entry in Sex from “FEMALE’ to
‘MALE’ in the Birth Certificate of JOVIT TUMLOS SEQUIO who was
born on 21 JANUARY 1980 at Pontevedra Capiz and whose parents are
JAIME GAMOTEA SEQUIO and VIRGINIA DISTOR TUMLOS.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her
written opposition with this office not later than fourteen (14) days from
the date of this notice.
