In compliance with publication requirement and pursuant to OCRG
Memorandum Circular No. 2013, Guideline in the Implementation of the
Administrative Order No. 1, Series of 2012 (IRR on R.A.10172). Notice
is hereby served to the public KENNETH BEJO NACIONALES has filed
with this Office a petition for Correction of Entry in Sex from “MALE’ to
“FEMALE” in the Birth Certifi cate of KENNETH DEVELOS BEJO who
was born on 14 OCTOBER 1989 at Pontevedra Capiz and whose parents
are ROQUE BASULGAN BEJO and MARILOU GAURINO DEVELOS.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her
written opposition with this office not later than fourteen (14) days from
the date of this notice.
