Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late Spouses Vivencio
M. Quisumbing and Julieta T. Quisumbing who died on February 8, 1982 at
Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Manila, and December 16, 2011 in Barangay
Maninang, Sapian, Capiz, respectively, has left the following real property
situated in the Provinces of Capiz and Aklan, is the subject of extrajudicial
settlement of estate before Notary Public Erlyn Joy C. Deroy as per Doc. No.
106; Page No. 23; Book No. II; Series of 2023, to wit:
- Lot No. 1216, Cad-527-D, situated in Barangay Maninang, Sapian,
Capiz and covered by OCT No. P-6440; - Lot No. 1275, Cad-527-D, situated in Barangay Maninang, Sapian,
Capiz and covered by OCT No. P-6533; - Lot No. 1236, situated in Barangay Maninang, Sapian, Capiz and
covered by TD No. 10-0671; - Improvement on Lot 1210-B, situated in Barangay Maninang,
Sapian, Capiz and covered by TD No. 10-0420, and; - Lot No. 416-B-3-pt., situated in Sitio Bolabog, Barangay Balabag,
Malay, Aklan and covered by TD No. 17-12-003-04028.
