In compliance with the publication requirement and pursuant to OCRG Memorandum Circular No. 2013-1. Guidelines in theImplementation of the Administrative Order No. 1 Series of 2012 (IRR on R.A. 10172), Notice is hereby served to the public that RITZIE PEREZ DELA CRUZ, has filed with this offi ce for correction of entry for Change of Sex from “FEMALE” to “MALE”, in his birth certificate, who was born on AUGUST 14, 1975 at Basiao, Ivisan, Capiz and whose parents are HARRY BALGOMA DELA CRUZ and SALVACION PEREZ PEREZ. Any person adversely aff ected by said petition may file his/her written opposition with this Offi ce not later than fourteen (14) days after the last publication of this notice.
