MIRANDA, has filed with this Office a petition for correction of entry in Date of Birth from “FEB 24, 1966” to “JANUARY 24, 1966” and Father’s First Name from “BERNARDINO” to “BERTOLDINO” under R.A. 10172 in the Birth Certificate of LOURDES ELEANOR MIRANDA who was born Feb 24, 1966 at Capiz Emmanuel
Hospital, Roxas City, Capiz, and whose parents are Bernardino Miranda and Thelma Montaño.
