NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
In compliance with the publication requirement and pursuant to OCRG
Memorandum Circular No. 2013-1. Guidelines in the Implementation of
the Administrative Order No. 1 Series of 2012 (IRR on R.A. 10172) notice
is hereby served to the public that SHERLITA C. DAÑOS has fi led with
this office a petition for correction of Child’s Sex from “M” to “FEMALE”
and Child’s First Name from “SHERLITO” to SHERLITA” in the birth
certificate of SHERLITO CELOSO CERVALES who was born May 30,
1965 at Home, Roxas City, Capiz and whose parents are Juanito Cervales
and Susanita Celoso.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her written
opposition with this office not later than (14) days from date of this notice.
