NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
In compliance with R.A. No. 9048, a notice is hereby served to the
public that ENALIZA P. BACANI has fi led with this Offi ce a petition for
change of the name from “MA. MALISA” to “ENALIZA” in the birth
certifi cate of MA. MALISA PANUNCIO who was born on JANUARY
3, 1962 at Maayon, Capiz and whose parents are Facundo Panuncio and
Teresita Delgado.
Any person adversely aff ected by said petition may fi le his/her
written opposition with this offi ce not later than fourteen (14) days from
this notice.
