In compliance with the publication requirement and pursuant to OCRG
Memorandum Circular No. 2013-1, Guidelines I the Implementation of the
Administrative Order No. 1 Series of 2012 (IRR on R.A. 10172), Notice
is hereby served to the public that DOLLEN DAYALO DANIEL has fi led
with this Offi ce, a petition for Correction of Entry in Sex from “MALE”
to “FEMALE”; Child’s Last Name (Civil Registry Book) from DAYALO
to DENOSTA, in the Birth Certifi cate of DOLLEN DAYALO DENOSTA
at Panitan, Capiz and whose parents are Quirino Denosta and Magdalena
Dayalo.
Any person adversely aff ected by said petition may file his/her
written opposition with this Office not later than fourteen (14) days from
the date of this notice.
