served to the public that JULIE A. ANISCO has fi led with this office a
petition for change of Child’s First Name from “LOURDES TRINITA”
to “LOURDES” and a petition pursuant to R.A. 10172 correction of
Child’s Date of Birth “AUGUST 1, 1958” to SEPTEMBER 8, 1958 in the
Birth Certifi cate of LOURDES TRINITA VALDEHUESA ANISCO born
August 1, 1958 at Burgos St., Roxas City, Capiz, and whose parents are
Loreto Arrieta Anisco and Humildad Velez Valdehuesa.
Any person adversely aff ected by said petition may file his/her written
opposition with this office not later than (14) days from date of this notice.
