In compliance with R.A. No. 10172, a notice is hereby served to the
public that MANELYN L. ONDILLO has fi led with this offi ce, a petition
for correction of entry in sex from “MALE” to “FEMALE” in the birth
certifi cate of MANELYN L. ONDILLO who was born on October 17,
1988 at Maayon, Capiz and whose parents are Renito D. Ondillo and Nelly
D. Lemonsito.
Any person adversely aff ected by said petition may fi le his/her
written opposition with this offi ce not later than FOURTEEN (14) days
from this notice.
