parents of the Foundling child, JELENA ANGELA FAGUTAO whose picture herein appears.
Jelana Angela is a new born baby when she was found by a certain family driver, John B. Andrade at the back of Nissan Frontier pick-up owned by Mrs. Daisy Fagutao, parked at the Panitan Catholic Cemetery,
Poblacion Ilaya, Panitan, Capiz on October 7, 2009 at around 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon, left by an
unidentified person with a written letter with child’s date of birth.
