NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
In compliance with the publication requirement and pursuant to OCRG
Memorandum Circular No. 2013-1 Guidelines in the Implementation of
Administrative Order No. 1 series of 2012 (IRR on R.A. 10172) notice
is hereby served to the public that ARMANDO BORJA has fi led with
this offi ce a petition for correction of Child’s Sex from “FEMALE” to
“MALE” in the Birth Certifi cate of ARMANDO BORJA who was born
on August 25, 1955 at Asis Street, Roxas City, Capiz and whose parents are
Pedro Borja and Rosita Besana.
Any person adversely aff ected by said petition may fi le his/her
written opposition with this offi ce not later than (14) days from the date
of this notice.
