O R D E R
In a verified petition, petitioner prays that after due notice and hearing,
an Order be issued directing the Local Civil Registrar of Jamindan, Capiz
and the Philippine Statistics Authority to cancel the Birth Certificate of
ROMEO M. CORNELIO that was registered last February 2, 1985 with
Local Civil Registry No. 85-87 and reinstate or reactivate that Certificate
of Live Birth that was registered on June 2, 1987 stating therein that he was
born on October 14, 1965 in Jamindan , Capiz with Local Civil Registry
No. 87-04 for all intents and purposes of the law.
Finding the instant petition sufficient in form and substance, set the
initial hearing hereof on August 22, 2023 at 8:30 in the morning at the
session hall of this Court. All persons interested in the aforementioned
petition should appear and file their opposition to the petition.
Let Copy of the order be published at the expense of the petitioner
before the date of hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in
the Province of Capiz and the City of Roxas, once a week for three (3)
consecutive weeks.
Likewise, let copy of the order be sent to the Solicitor General,
Makati City, the Provincial Prosecutor of Capiz the Civil Registrar General,
Philippine Statics Authority, the Municipal Civil Registrar of Jamindan,
Capiz, counsel and petitioner.
