NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE
Upon Petition for Extra-Judicial Foreclosure of Real Estate Mortgage
under Act 3135, as amended, fi led by the Yusay Credit and Finance
Corporation, a corporation duly organized and existing by virtue of the laws
of the Republic of the Philippines with head offi ce at Yusay Arcade, Araneta
Street, Bacolod City, Philippines, and with branch office located at corner
Bilbao-Magallanes Streets, Roxas City, Capiz, Philippines, represented in
this act by its Roxas City Branch Manager, ANNIL V. LOPEZ, of legal age,
Filipino, and with office address at Yusay Credit and Finance Corporation,
Roxas City Branch, corner Bilbao-Magallanes Streets, Roxas City,
hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagee against Genoveva D. Deocampo
and Edgardo A. Deocampo, represented by their Atty-In-Fact Dennis D.
Deocampo, of legal age, Filipino, and residents of Brgy. Tinigban, Panitan,
Capiz, hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagors, to satisfy the mortgage
indebtedness of the mortgagors to the mortgagee which as of September
8, 2023 amounted to FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY NINE THOUSAND
AND TWENTY FOUR PESOS (Php 459,024.00), Philippine Currency,
excluding interest and penalty charges, sheriff ‘s expenses and fees and
Attorney’s fees in accordance with the promisory note, the undersigned
Provincial Sheriff Ex-Officio of Capiz, or thru her authorized deputy sheriff
will sell at a public auction on November 17, 2023 at 2:00 o’çlock in the
afternoon at the Ground Floor (Lobby), Hall of Justice, Roxas City,
Philippines, to the highest bidder for CASH and in Philippine Currency,
the property hereunder described with all the improvements thereon, to wit:

a portion of Lot No. 3344, Cad-189, situated in Brgy. of
Poblacion Tabuc, Maayon, Capiz. Xxx. Bounded on the W.,
along line 1-2 by Lot No. 1571; on the N., along lines 2-3-4-5-
6 by Lot No. 3344-B, Csd-06-015183 portion of Lot No. 3344;
on the E., along line 6-7 by Binogsuan Creek, and on the S.,
along lines 7-8-1 by Lot No. 3344-D, Csd-06-015183 portion
of Lot No. 3344, all of Csd-189. x x x x x. Containing an area
of SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR (774) SQUARE
METERS, more or less. xxx.
“All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the
above-stated date and time.”
“In the event the above-stated public auction date is declared a
holiday, or in case of fortuitous event such as typhoon, fl ood, or other
unforeseen event beyond the control of the officer conducting the sale, it
shall be held on November 24, 2023, at 2:00 o’çlock in the afternoon at
the Ground Floor (Lobby), Hall of Justice, Roxas City without further
notice and re-publication.”
Prospective buyers may investigate for themselves the title of herein
above-described property and the encumbrances thereon, if any there be.
