ORDER
A verified petition has been fi led praying that, after due notice and
hearing, an Order be issued directing respondents Civil Registrar General
and Local Civil Registrar of Ivisan, Capiz to correct the entry in Item
No. 6 of petitioner’s certificate of birth concerning her date of birth from
“October 3, 1958” to “October 3, 1959”.
The petition is set for initial hearing on 24 January 2024 at eight
thirty o’clock in the morning at the Session Hall of this Court, Second
Floor, Hall of Justice, Roxas City.
Let this notice be published at the expense of the petitioner in a
newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Capiz, to be chosen by
raffle, once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks.
Any person having interest in or opposition to the plea made in the
petition may appear before this Court on the date and at the time and place
fi xed above, and show cause why the petition should not be granted.
Send copies of this Order to the petitioner; her counsel on record;
the Local Civil Registrar of Ivisan, Capiz; the Civil Registrar General; the
Provincial Prosecutor of Capiz; and the Solicitor General.
