
The Roxas City Government under Mayor Ronnie Dadivas is operating with a budget of P1.43 billion for fiscal year 2025.
The biggest allocation under the General Fund is for the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) with a budget of P667.4 million.
There’s also a P440.28 million budget for Personal Services and a budget of P328 million for Capitol Expenditures.
As for the operation of Local Economic Enterprises, there’s a budget of P60.5 million. This includes operational expenses for the fishing port, market, slaughterhouse, and the transportation terminal.
Of the P1.43 billion budget, more than P1 billion is the share of Roxas City from the national tax allotment (NTA).
Around P413.9 million is sourced from local taxes and other revenues of the Roxas City Government.
Last year, the Department of Finance (DOF) elevated Roxas City as a second-class city.
