BENEDICTO has filed with this office a petition for change of Child’s First Name from “VERMA” to “MA. VILMA” in the Birth Certificate of VERMA BENEDICTO born on September 10, 1956 at Bago, Loctugan, Roxas City, Capiz and whose parents were CARLOS BENEDICTO and LIBERTAD DELA TORRE.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her written opposition with this office not later than (14) days from the date of this notice.
