PONTEVEDRA Mayor Henry Tumlos has established the Task Force Assistance Service
Office to address the rising health concerns in his locality.
This is to cater to the medical, financial, and otherneeds of the people, both rich
and poor.
Municipal Administrator Joenifer Tumlos said the personnel of the task force will
have a schedule for going to the barangays for assistance.
The task force will be joined by a doctor and a midwife who will conduct medical consultations.
Mayor Tumlos stressed that the barangay pharmacy should operate daily so that people can ask for free
medicines.
The free monthly maintenance pack for senior citizens is also brought to the barangay by the task force so it will be easier for them.*
