PONTEVEDRA Municipal Administrator Joenifer Tumlos said the local government distributed
the rice equally to their constituents, whether they are indigent or not. Tumlos also said that to make it easier for the Local Government Unit to distribute rice assistance to every family, they established their system by using a rice card, which will serve as their Identification card.
