In compliance with the publication requirement and pursuant to OCRG
Memorandum Circular No. 2013-1. Guidelines in the Implementation
of the Administrative Order No. 1 Series of 2012 (IRR on R.A. 10172).
Notice is hereby served to the public that GIL MOISES LOPEZ has fi led
with this Offi ce a petition for correction of entry in the date of birth from
“June 10, 1960” to October 10, 1960 in the certifi cate of live birth of GIL
MOISES LOPEZ at Mambusao, Capiz, and whose parents are ROLANDO
L. LOPEZ and VIRGINIA L. MOISES.
Any person adversely aff ected by said petition may fi le his/her
written opposition with this Offi ce not later than fourteen (14) days from
the date of this notice.
