The top most wanted man of Roxas City was arrested in Toboso, Negros Occidental on January 27 after nine years of hiding.
Nabbed was 48-year-old Julius Marfil, a municipal engineer.
Joint operatives of Roxas City Police and the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group swooped into the house of Marfil to serve his arrest warrant for drugs that was issued by Roxas Regional Trial Court Judge Esperanza Isabel Poco-Deslate on September 28, 2011.
The suspect is now in the custody of the Roxas police station.
No bail was recommended for his temporary liberty.*
