FINAL ORDER OF PARTITION
Finding merit on the project of partition submitted by the parties, the same is herein APPROVED.
WHEREFORE, the following project of partition is approved:

TO: ROMULES A. VILLASIS, Lot 1 with an area of 1,332 Square Meters, and Lot 11 with an area of 639 Square Meters;
TO: THE HEIRS OF ARNULFO U. VILLASIS, Lot 2 with an area of 1,970 Square Meters, Lot 4 with an area of 1,970 Square
Meters, Lot 5 with an area of 1,970 Square Meters, Lot 6 with an area of 1,970 Square Meters, and Lot 7 with an area of 1,970 Square Meters;
TO: THE HEIRS OF ELIZA VILLASIS AGUIRRE Lot 3 with an area of 1,970 Square Meters;
TO: ELMER T. VILLASIS, Lot 8 with an area of 1,971 Square Meters;
TO: THE HEIRS OF ESTRELLA VILLASIS-PASCUAL, Lot 9 with an area of 1,971 Square Meters;
TO: THE HEIRS OF CARMEN VILLASIS-ODICTA, Lot 10 with an area of 1,971 Square Meters;
TO: ALL THE HEIRS AS COMMON PROPERTIES, Lot 12 with an area of 1,905 Square Meters occupied by the provincial road, and Lot 13 with an area of 855 Square Meters, reserved as perpetual/ permanent road-right-of-way.
LOT 163:
TO: ELMER T. VILLASIS, Lot 153-A with an area of 554 Square Meters, Lot 163-C with an area of 553 Square Meters, Lot 163-G with an area of 553 Square Meters;
TO: HEIRS OF REBOCATO U. VILLASIS, Lot 163-B with an area of 553 Square Meters;
TO: THE HEIRS OF ELIZA VILLASIS-AGUIRRE, Lot 163-D with an area of 553 Square Meters;
TO: HEIRS OF FELIZARDO U. VILLASIS, Lot 163-E with an area of 553 Square Meters;
TO: HEIRS OF CARMEN VILLASIS-ODICTA, Lot 163-F with an area of 553 Square Meters
TO: HEIRS OF ESTRELLA VILLASIS-PASCUAL, Lot 163-H with an area of 554 Square Meters;
TO: HEIRS OF BIENVENIDO U. VILLASIS, Lot 163-I with an area of 554 Square Meters; and
TO: HEIRS OF ARNULFO U. VILLASIS, Lot 163-J with an area of 554 Square Meters;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-mentioned sub-lots free from any liens and encumbrances. Estate taxes and all other taxes, fees and charges due against the Estate of Guillermo Villasis and Utilla Ugalde shall be shared by the parties herein in proportion with their respective shares in the estate.”
This Final Order of Partition shall be recorded in the Registry of Deeds pursuant to Rule 69 Section 2 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure. Further, since summons to the defendants was done through publication, this Order shall be published pursuant to Rule 13 Section 9 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure.
Send copy of this Order to all parties and their respective counsel and to the Register of Deeds of the Province of Capiz.
