O R D E R
Petitioner, in a verified Petition dated May 14, 2025, prays that the Court, after due notice and hearing, issue an Order directing the Local Municipal Civil Registrar of Panay, Capiz to cause the correction of the year of birth of Luzvisminda Abello Antioquia, from “1989” to “ 1949” as appearing in her record of birth.
The petition is set for hearing on September 11, 2025 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the Session Hall, Room 205, Hall of Justice, Roxas City. Cause a reasonable notice hereof to be served upon the petitioner, her counsel, the Office of the Solicitor General, the Philippine Statistics Authority, and the Local Civil Registrar of Panay, Capiz, and this Order published at petitioner’s expense once a week for three (3) successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Capiz, before the date of hearing. The Local Civil Registrar of Panay, Capiz and any interested person may appear at the hearing and oppose the Petition. The Solicitor General of the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office of Capiz should appear in behalf of the government.
Serve copy of this Order to the Solicitor General, the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, the Philippine Statistics Authority, the Local Civil Registrar of Panay, Capiz, the petitioner and her counsel.
