Letters of Co-Administration having been issued in the above-entitled case in favor of RAUL DIAZ ROQUE, NOTICE is hereby given requiring all persons having money claims against the decedent MARIA B. DIAZ to file any and all such claims in the Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court, Hall of Justice, Roxas City, Philippines within six (6) months after the date of the first publication of this notice, in accordance with the provision of Rule 86 of the Rules of Court.
Let this notice be published for three (3) consecutive weeks, once a week in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Roxas and Province of Capiz and to be posted for the same period in four public places in the province and in two (2) public places in the City of Roxas where the decedent last resided, at the expense of the Co-Administrator.
