ORDER
In a verified petition sufficient in form and substance, petitioner prays that after notice, publication and hearing an order be rendered ordering the correction of entry in the Certificate of Live Birth of JANNAH BUENVIAJE SHIRAZI with Registry No. 2019-48, particularly her father Ibrahim Hussain Ali Shirazi’s citizenship from “FILIPINO” to “INDIAN”.
The Court sets the petition for initial hearing on November 24, 2022 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning. At petitioner’s expense, let this Order be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Roxas and Province of Capiz once a week for three consecutive weeks and posted in the bulletin boards of this Court, the Municipal Hall of Ivisan, Capiz and the Provincial Capitol of Capiz.
Furnish copies of this Order to the Solicitor General, the Civil Registrar-General of the Philippine Statistics Authority, the Provincial Prosecutor, the Municipal Civil Registrar of Ivisan, Capiz, the petitioner and her counsel.
