On March 14, 2025, this Court took jurisdiction over the Petition for the Probate and Allowance of the Holographic Will of the Late Mercedes Azagra Black of Martelino Subdivision, Arnaldo Boulevard, Roxas City, Capiz and for the Issuance of Letters Testamentary, after proper determination of all the jurisdictional requirements mandated by rules. Further, the Court appointed Petitioner CARLOS DANILO A. AZAGRA as the administrator of the estate and executor of the will of the above-named decedent and to perform the obligations thereof, after the posting of bond.
Pursuant to Rule 86 of the Rules of Court, NOTICE is hereby issued to ALL persons having money claims against the estate of the decedent to file them in the Office of the Clerk of Court, MTCC, Hall of Justice, Roxas City, with email address at mtcc1rxcocc@judiciary.gov.ph and landline no. (036) 5201721. The filing of claims against the estate shall not be later than TWELVE (12) MONTHS from the first publication of the notice or on or before (TO BE INSERTED BY PETITIONER).
This notice shall be published three (3) weeks successively in a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Capiz and to be posted for the same period in four (4) public places in the Province of Capiz and in two (2) public places in the City of Roxas, where the decedent last resided.
