ORDER
A verified petition has been filed praying that, after due notice and hearing, an order be issued directing respondent Local Civil Registry of Cuartero, Capiz to correct entries in the Certificate of Live Birth of Arturo Gregorio Arcenas with Registry No. 93-737 respecting the following:
a.) The middle name of his mother to MIRANDA from BLANCO; and
b.) The middle name of his father to ARQUISOLA from ARQUEZOLA
The petition is set for initial hearing on 15 May 2024 at eight thirty o’clock in the morning at the session hall of this Court, Second Floor, Hall of Justice, Roxas City.
Let this notice be published at the expense of the petitioner in a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Capiz, to be chosen by raffle, once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks prior to the initial hearing. Any person having interest in or opposition to the pleas made in the petition may appear before this Court on the date, at the time and place fixed above, and show cause why the petition should not be granted.
Send copies of this Order to the petitioner; his counsel on record; the Local Civil Registry of Cuartero, Capiz; the Office of the Solicitor General; and the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor of Capiz.
