AMENDED ORDER
In her amended petition, petitioner Merle Nieves Deocampo prays that, after due notice and hearing, judgment be rendered declaring the certificate of live birth of Christian Micheal Singh as void, invalid and ineffective and ordering respondents Local Civil Registry of Pontevedra, Capiz and Philippine Statistics Authority to cancel from their respective registries of live birth such certificate of live birth recorded as Registry No. 94-1958.
Finding the amended petition sufficient in form and substance, it is set for initial hearing on 13 October 2021 at eight-thirty o’clock in the morning at the session hall of this Court, at which occasion any person having interest adverse to the plea therein made may file his/her opposition and be heard.
At petitioner’s expense, let a copy of this Order be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Capiz to be chosen by raffle.
