THE Social Security System (SSS) visited delinquent employers in Kalibo, Aklan and Roxas City in Capiz during the Run After Contribution Evaders (RACE) campaign last July 19 and 20, respectively. SSS Acting Vice President for Visayas West 2 Division Angelo O. Blancaver led the issuance of written orders to 12 employers with pastdue Social Security (SS) and Employees Compensation (EC) contributions worth
P1.56 million, said Information Officer Amiel Genova of SSS West Visayas 2 Division. Genova said that
the concerned employers were advised to settle their outstanding delinquency by availing the Pandemic Relief and Restructuring Program (PRRP) 3. Blancaver, he said, stressed that the SSS Team that conducted the RACE campaign was not to jeopardize the employers because they understand their current financial struggles due to the pandemic. “SSS is here to assist them in the settlement of their contribution delinquency to regain their SSS good standing.
We wanted to make sure that they’re fully compliant so that their workers can receive their full benefits and privileges in case they need it,” Blancaver pointed out.
On the other hand, Genova said that qualified to avail of the PRRP 3 are regular or household employers with unpaid SS and/or EC contributions for atleast six applicable months, including penalties; unpaid penalties only on paid and/or late payment of contributions, pending applications for installment payment under SSS Circular Nos. 2011-002, and 2018-008; pending applications for Dacion en Pago; pending civil/criminal cases/ judgment/ final judgment/ resolution/ conviction; issued Preliminary
Assessment Notice (PAN)/ Final Assessment Notice before Seizure (FANS); and denied
application or disqualified under PRRP 2.
According to him, the PRRP 3 has longer installment payment terms ranging from nine to 60 months, depending on the delinquency amount.
Genova added that the program will run until November 22, 2022, and advised interested employers to

He added that employers may submit their applications in SSS Kalibo, Aklan Branch located at the Ground and 2nd Floor of Casa Constancia Bldg. along Roxas Avenue Extension or in SSS Roxas City Branch situated in City Mall Roxas Annex Building in Arnaldo Boulevard, Roxas City. (PR)
