IN the spirit of advocacy and protection, the local government of Tapaz marked the 31st National
Children’s Month at Tapaz Civic Center. Themed “Healthy, Nourished, Sheltered: Ensuring the Right of Life for all,” the activity was attended OIC administrator Milagros “Chay” Palomar, who represented Mayor Roberto “Nonong” Palomar. This year’s National Children’s Month celebration stressed the need to address children’s issues, promote their rights, and safeguard them from violence, abuses, and exploitation’s affecting their well-being.
