The Municipal Government of Tapaz released the cash grants to 67 pre-centenarian senior
citizens at Tapaz Civic Center last November 21.
Mayor Roberto “Nonong” Palomar led the distribution of the cash grants for those who
celebrated their their 80th, 85th, 90th, 95 th , and 100th birthdays.
Palomar acknowledged the significance of living octogenarians or persons in their 80s;
nonagenarians or persons in their 90s; and centenarians or persons in their 100s.
Also in attendance were Vice Mayor Romel Somo, EnP Stephen G. Faeldin representing
Municipal Administrator Milagros “Chay” Palomar, Josie Cambel of Municipal Social Welfare
Office, Office of Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) Head Esmeralda Dayalo, and OSCA Focal Person
Sandra Domopoy.
