Showing the Province of Capiz that poverty is not a hindrance and demonstrating the true resilience of Tapaznon emerging in any obstacle and challenges.
Marian Fate Gabrillo, student of Candelaria National High School, emerged as the Champion during the 2023 Provincial Search for Exemplary 4P’s Children held at SM Roxas City recently.
Supported by the Local Government Unit of Tapaz headed by Mayor Roberto Palomar, with Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office headed by MSWDO Josie Cambel, with convergence with Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) Office from Region 6, also with the supportive teachers and students from the Candelaria National High School headed by Principal I Ma. Fernalil Castillon, also with her beloved family, Marian, aside from being Champion, garnered the following awards: Best in Talent and Best in Interview.
She will represent the Capiz in the 2023 Regional Search for Exemplary 4P’s Children to be announced soon.
This award aims to recognize children and their families who, despite the odds, tried their best to pursue their studies and meet the requirements of the program. (PR)
