Top wanted man in WV nabbed

THE top one most wanted person in Western Visayas was arrested at Sitio Magtang, Brgy. Harique, Caluya, Antique on September 9.
The suspect was identified as Roland “Lotlot” Castaneda, who is a seaweed planter.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Regional Trial Court of Culasi,
Antique Judge Fulo Muego for two counts of rape.
No bail was recommended for his temporary liberty.
Lt. Col. Arnel Solis, Police Regional Office-6 public information officer, said the operation was successfully
carried out by the operatives of the Caluya Municipal Police Station, Antique Police Provincial Office–Intelligence Unit, Regional Intelligence Division 6, Regional Intelligence Unit 6, and Maritime Police–Antique.
For the first eight months of this year, PRO-6 accounted 4,242 wanted persons regionwide. Of the number, 680 were classified as most wanted and 3, 562 belong to other wanted persons.*
